I will try the file and report back, is anyone else able to verify the supplied file just because the vehicle is travelling a fair distance to have this done so I would like to know I have a solution for them.

Incorrect. Your original mileage is 166080.
Hoangtu's file will not work, as you have probably found out by now, until you do the following also:

At locations $208 and $209, change the 50 af to 00 00
