All Soldered. Now Error "pin overloaded. Check Vcc pin connection" What does it mean (+5V) next to VCC. I did supply external power to xprog. Thank you in advance.

Hi
I may be wrong but by looking at the picture you posted I was wondering if that is the only wiring connection you tried on the board. I wonder if you tried some other wiring configuration/combination with wires welded at other places too.

Hi. The only way I showed on the picture. But I'm still wandering about +5V after VCC , if I need to connect an external +5V to bord ? or. Sorry, never worked with MCU programing. Thank you for your help.

No need to connect external Vcc. However check with an oscilloscope what voltage you getting at Vcc.
I think you need to try 3.3 V instead of 5 V.
Think 5 is too high for this mcu

Yes, this MCU is supplied with 3.3V. If XprogM have not this power supply put 2 diodes in line with Vcc pin of XprogM
