Mercedes w639 - Need Key Password from 2J74Y from EIS

Hello,
I have here Mercedes w639 EIS partnumber 6395450108
Inside I have two processors 2J74Y
I read both processors eeprom.

Can someone tell me Key Password of this EIS ?

Not read correctly.

It is very strange...
Maybe eeprom is corrupt, and that might be the problem of this EIS.
First I read processor directly on EIS.

Now I remove processor and read on adapter and the file is exactly the same. Very strange...

Anyone has any idea ?

If I connect EIS directly to my tool CGDI by K Line I can read information. Check photo.
Mileage it says on CGDI 389349 Km

All keys are disabled, in red. Don´t understand why.

Try to read 2274Y_1.rar by warming up the processor with a hairdryer
