Yes It's Necessary To Reset, With Odis It's Must Be Possible, Check In Guided Function Of The ECU.

Yes It's Normal, If The Adblue Fuel Is Low Then Of Course The Message Will Comes Back, But Important Is That The Reset Is Succesuful
