Its frf file please can you convert it to bin

Mate, don't be lazy... you can convert it with Winols on virtual machine, which you can download everywhere, including here.
The most proper way is to flash this file with ODIS, VCP, or every genuine flasher on the market...
You can check and Baddog84 (https://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/member.php/332637-Baddog84)'s file...
