2018 Kia optima convert from miles to km k5 dash??

Anyone know where mileage is stored on 2018 kia optima with k5 dash?? 95512 eeprom?? but i think this dash is crypted no?? Would like to know how to convert from miles to km on odometer.

This is from a 2018 UK Optima .
Can't remember the memory type but I think it was NEC + 24c16.
