The best product is VAG K+CAN (AVDI commander).
But i think that nobody, except dealers, can adapt keys to im*o-5 vehicles. I asked Abrites regarding key learning to Octavia-II 2009 and got answer that im*o use new scenario for entering the PIN code and learning keys.
"This means that PIN code will be not accepted from the im*o (even if it is correct and accepted by ECU) because
the im*o uses "per ignition cycle PIN", i.e. the PIN is different each ignition cycle). Otherwise you should succeed to make the dealer key, but after that it will be not learned (only VAG Dealer Workshop can do it)".
I have such transponders and can make dealer keys, but it will not help without correct learning procedure.
What cars do you want to learn for?

hello, you can do this by K CAN COMMANDER, but before your need to "prepare" the chip by insert a "precode", and this procedure is possible by TANGO chip programmer, it's a little cheap programmer but very useful, try to search this in the site of TANGO reseller SCORPIO.TK
