Clear vin Radio Gm Delphi

Dear friend of the group, I changed the radio cover and I need to clean the chassis number that is engraved on the plate to unlock, the radio is from GM Silverado, someone already managed to do this service without scanner, thank you very much for your help.


When the radio is connected to the car it locks immediately 'LOCKED' shows on the screen



I need to know if there is any way to clear the car's chassis number without the scanner.
