Hi,
Have a BMW 325i 2006 model which was running ok but had BSD errors in the DME. No oil level showing, etc.
After diagnosing the system i couldn't find anything wrong on engine side so i went to have a look at DME.
Removed DME and noticed water damage. Cleaned PCB and re-installed in car. Now im getting crank no start.
DME giving EWS errors 2F44 and 2F47. Thinking maybe because i turned ignition on car to roll it into garage without ECU installed.
Tried CAS alignment/sync in INPA and it passed ok but keep getting these EWS errors after ignition is turned off and on again.
I then assumed hardware issue with DME and had it cloned with KTAG which went ok but getting same issue as original DME.
Any tricks to get the EWS errors to clear?? INPA has 2 options in MSV70 shift f6 : EWS & shift f7: CAS Only the cas one works.
Do i need to do the EWS start value set as well?
