VW GOLF 4 Dash problem

hi,

i need to replace dash, the original dash eeprom is 93c86, but damage, dont start,

and the new dash is with 24c08, is adapt possible?

if you give me the pins from both is also helpful for me

1 - open ecu and find out 24C04 EEPROM
2 - desolder and read in programmer
3 - post dump here

You have to read the eeprom 24c04 of the ecu, post the reading that we do immo off.

i still buy new dash for this car, i read from old dash and write to new dash 24c08,
ecu is orginal file 24c04, but car dont start, with immo off solution its work,

please someone can control the files,

I think I remember one person, who found corrosion behind a sticker.
On these clusters.

When removing corrosion and cleaning.
Car start again, with original cluster.

Its very common, with weak signal out to the key ignition coil. On these cars.
Dealer replace cable and sometimes key ring coil.
But error still there.

Need to trace the cable. on to the cluster.
Then trace the lines on the PCB on the cluster.

And eventually you will find the weak point (with corrosion).
