MED 17.5.25 Clone help!

Hi chaps

Had someone attempt to clone my MED 17.5.25 using Hextag and Hexprogrammer.

1) Copy Original Backup file to Donor ECU. Failed to start
2. Copy Original DFlash.Bin and PFlash Bin to donor ECU. Failed to start
3. Then we got immo info from the Original Dflash.bin and added to the Donor Dflash.bin. Car started successfully ! But lots of errors and software coding still from the donor ecu showing meaning not a full clone was done.

Question is has the engine map etc all been copied accross to the Donor in Step 1 or will this now be messed up with the manual application of dflash.bin at step 3?
Do we need to repeat the whole clone process or is there a better tool to use?

original and Donor full backups attached if anyone can help copy the IMMO from Original to Donor?
But I would like to use the full backup of the original onto the donor as they are same Bosch part number but different ECU map versions.

Here is first attempt for your full clone.
I am just rewriting some code so please test and report.
If it fails then please scan for DTC errors and list them.
