hi i have have the challenge of toyota condor black box part no 89780-38030 the dump is 93lc66 have read the dump,writted the key but the key is not starting

But what is the immo. Light doing (flashing? When key is in?) you read the immo. Box separate from ecu >> correct? Read 93lc66 in 8 bit. Mode and wrote the key in dump in 16bit mode.. That’s the way it works. Immo. Light should go out. Next marry immo. To Ecu so they can interact. Immo. Knows key so light goes out but ecu does know immo. Sync the system by grounding out the obd2 4/13 for 45 min. Key in the on position. Hope it helps.
