Yeah, now I can download but cannot import file (file cannot be processed because it is marked as another customer with a reimport ban).

There are 2 codings in the file and for 1 you change the address 51C40 and 51C41 from 0 to 1.
in the second, you do the same 71C40 and 71C41.
Of course you open at 8bit.

Do you change soi maps for stage 1, and does it have effect for injecting 50 mg of fuel which is maximum with stock plunger and nozzles .184?

I got about 2380 mbar maximum boost, 1085mg/str of air. Turbo map is adjusted to 2060 maximum, about 250-300 mbar of overboostin turbocharger pressure. Is it maybe problem in actuator of wastgate?

In this turbo you have VNT and not WG.
If in vcds channel 11, window 4 you have a value of 94% at maximum boost, it means that the turbine VNT cannot open due to the spring in the vacuum actuator for 2 reasons.
The first is that the control valve has a problem with venting the vacuum (guilty valve or venting hose)
The second is that the VNT is soot polluted or worn and cannot open under the influence of exhaust gas pressure (reduce the turbine speed).
