BMW F20 FEM EEPROM damaged

Hi all,

I have AVDI and in a BMW F20 to programming new key I need disassembly FEM and read the EEPROM 95128. However, maybe because overheat, EEPROM is dead....

So, someone has a dump file for this FEM? My idea is write a dump in a new EEPROM, read ISN from ECU and after programming new key...

you need dump from original eeprom .Eeprom from another fem will not work.

get donor FEM,ISN ecu adapt make new key and restore coding

I haven´t original EEPROM... original EEPROM is damaged, is burned...

And whaat is coding? And haven´t any information from FEM now... I was using AVDI to make a new key, but EEPROM is damaged before read and the AVDI gest an error and shut down...

I don´t know why, but I have always error reading ISN with AVDI in BMW boot mode... Only can read the ECU, boot password, data flash and program flash, with ECU programming tool.

Someone can calculate the ISN with Data and Program Flash?

I don´t know if because over heat. The situation is: I unsoldered the EEPROM and the EEPROM is dead...

So, I solved my situation. I will explain how for other people:


1) During BMW F20 key programming (with AVDI), when I was unsoldered EEPROM 95128 from FEM, the EEPROM was dead (maybe because the overheat).
2) I wroten a dump file (that I got in this forum) in a new EEPROM. In this step, the original key only works close the emergency coil. Keyless function and remote control not work.
3) I began the key programming process again, in situation of all key lost. I did read the ISN in ECU;
4) I did the all process of key programming.


After:
- The original key continues working only on emergency coil;
- The new key works all functions;
- In this step I have many erros in some units (start/stop, FEM, motor, etc)
- I need the original coding of FEM, but I didn´t knows. So, I used AUTEL to update the FEM (with online function) and every works. No errors!
