If the clear doesn't work, you might have to replace the eeprom itself.

Hi mate, doesn’t work. Still the same DTC. I have replaced the eeprom for identical eeprom and the same. Maybe work with st95320?

Internal fault maybe due to a physical problem in the ECU. Was the car involved in an accident or the fault just cropped up?
