Hi, can someone help me with Stage 2 and hardcut for free?
Make hardcut on the RPM you would like!

Im not sure if its a Orginal file... Becouse the guy i bought from said it was tuned, but i feel its not fast at all.

I'm a amateur but this file just looks detuned with % added, Boost is raised to 2640mbar but SVBL not touched and still 2400mbar.

NM to IQ seem to be decalibrated, Torque limiter has been missed and also all gear limiters are not touched.

Rail pressure raised but rail pressure limiter untouched.

This file does not look good to me and will make very little gains but please wait for someone with more experience to confirm.

I think you are right!, That was what i thinked self.
I think the " tune " are really bad, and not complete. Hope someone can help to make the file good :)

What rpm did you ask fr hardcut? appears to not been set as still at 5250.

I think you need to pay a fair price to a decent tuner if you want a decent file, NM to iq is calibrated to only 400nm so needs rescaling, Not sure which duration map is used but it appears to be calibrated to 85mg which is more than enough for 2600mbar.

I calculated with 2600mbar(I'll be honest not sure the safe limit of this turbo) which is 1.6 bar boost at sea level and AFR of 17.5 would need 72mg of fuel.

I coded this to save time.

Corrected stage 1 without popcorn, if you give me ori i can look for more mistakes from "tuner", now car should drive good smokless. Try and give me feadback

Here's HC@4500rpm, interpolated a few maps and changed a few missed limiters but try at your own risk, password pm.

If there's any pro tuners out there can you answer why NM to iQ maps get a big chunk changed when tuned when this map is calibrated from factory? is it a lazy tune or easier to try and cheat for cheap stg1?

Surely you should calculate the last Colum and axis if you require more than is already there, and if the jump on the axis is large just interpolate a few columns previous? why say 400nm is now x amount of mg when this has just DE calibrated the whole map?

Im doing changes only in last column, there is no sense to touch more than 2 last columns, in EDC16C31 2.0d you can use 75mg of fuel in last column and everythink less than 400 nm ecu will interpolate. Ofcourse you need to tell ecu how long he must open injector for 75mg and raise some fuel limiter to allow inject that among of fuel. My file isn't crypted you can look how i'am doing this type of ecu

I'm a noob so not juding anyone else but 75mg requires 2700mbar to burn at 17.5 AFR, also changing columns in NM to iQ is just DE calibrating it, ie 75mg is not 400nm.

Maybe this is how stg1 works but to me it seems wrong and not following the manufactures logic who spent millions creating the original map.

Like duration maps you can calculate that 5mg= x amount of degress, you can now change axis and have fully calibrated map.

Maybe people are not willing to spend for the time to create a fully calibrated stg1 map.

Ofcourse 75mg is more than 400nm, you extend last column to 450, but you need to change SVTL for 450nm, optimal AFR is 17 so you need 2,55B absolute boost to burn 75 without smoke, 2000/4/17 is 29,41 x2,55 is 75mg.

Easy calculation 2000/4 is 500, 1013(ambient pressure)/500=2,02, 2,55b/2,02 approximately is 1260mg/cycle of air flow, 1260/17 is 74mg.

My car is runing fine, logs are okay and i reach 197km and 413nm.

For duration map you need extrapolate the values, very simple.

Edit: Durations in bmw are in mm3 not mg

I know in norway many people buy a clone, and then they get ECM shitty cracked software and % adding as you said.
And in the cracked ecm its not showing all maps/drivers or what its called.

It's not the same file. You better don't try to flash it :D In BMW you have sw number hw number and very important, calibration number. All of them must match

You need hex editor and find O_xxxxx, so just ctrl+f and look for O_

Hi, the hardcut was not working. Was only cutting the engine slow when driving and get up to 4500rmp.
Was not cutting when the car was not in move.

Also the car was much slower then before.

Uhmmm, that file was a hardcut on xD a perfect one too xD but 2 new nozzels got ~~~~ed xD
Took a test on the job, it maxed on diesel.
You know the problem why it does that? xD
