Opel vectra C , Do i need to take ECU out?

Hi guys!, I buyed me a Opel vectra C 1.9CDTI 8V 120HK.
But i tryed to read with kess OBD2, and its not working.
I readed a littlebit and seems like it only can write true OBD2, can somone comfirm?
Or does a other tool take this car true OBD2 with read and write? :)

i read with mpps obd without problem
