Toyota 89170-60130 lost dump 93C56 L56R

Hello,

I have an Airbag module from a Landcruiser that needs a clear crash.
But i can't read the dump of IC
The content of the IC reads full FF our 00.
I try my own TL866 and even a Batronix pro eeprom programmer non of them read

Sow i expect the IC is dead
Any one have a back up dump for this module?

i dont think ic is dead...google for datasheet maybe is rotated,look for pinout carprog have rotated option to read

Hi i checked datasheet and also i try putting extra on ground, but no joy.

It is no rotated IC, ground is normal on PIN5
