In order to program a key from Dealer you need Online ODIS, you can't do it with Autel or similars because it will ask for PIN and CS before start the Key Learning, and CS can't be obtained without a working key on MQB Dash

So far the only solutions:
-Key from Dealer + ODIS online
-Get Immo Data and Sync file from third part service

If somebody does for you make sure they can guarantee that key won't be erased when car goes to dealer... There are different quality of third party services ( or at least is what I was told last time I had to do that way... ) it's not cheap also... They also charge different price for add key compared to AKL... Goodluck

As Antonio says, those are your options.

-Buy dealer key in agency and with Odis Online register the key and update it. the data in the VW database (since the new key ID must be added to the database)
-Buy from a thitd part Inmo + sync and do it on your own with vvdi2 for example, but if the vehicle is taken to official service in the future that key may stop working.

Yes the best option is to get dealer key and program online

Immo data + sync file is not a option for honest car keys shops. It is thiefs option because they ask 500 $ and there is no way to earn this money.
I send my customers to the dealer because cheaper and safer
