ford focus c-max sid202 pcm replecement

I need help please for a ford c max pcm siemens sid202, the old pcm is dead the eeprom and the flash are dead
I changed the second-hand pcm, I had read dash, I tried to synchronize with the pcm, I put everything back but the car does not start,
