crafter 2.5tdo edc16cp34 glow time delay

got vw crafter with edc16cp34 2.5 tdi wich i wanna play with preheating sequence.van start fine when cold but when hot after 30 min it's impossible to start it.0 faults on scanner but if i disconnect cooling temperature sensor or power manually prheating plus van starts.
can sombody help me making preheating active at any temperature??

Go fix your fuel system, has nothing to do with glow plugs when engine is warm .
