Passat B6 EDC16U34 Immo off problem

Hi

I have a problem with passat B6 EDC16U34 ECU, old ECU is broken, I buy a new one, and try to make immo off with "Immo universal decoding3.2" but the car did not start. Can someone help me with immo off this ecu?

This file works fine, teh car starts. I tried another file I made with edc16calc, it generated same.
