Hi There
I conected my starview last night but i am not recieving a signal..Could this be a software problem ??? I cant get any stations.:questionmark:I,d be greatful for any feedback.:ciao:

signal issues
more then likely you might be disconnected... best way to find out is to plug the VM set top box into the line and see if you getting any signal.
if you dont have there box then are you subscribing to any of there package at all?
faulty cables some where... check the cable that is running from the Isolator box to your Starview box and check all connectors
Also check that you have plugged in the Coax cable which is the Virgin feed into the Correct Coax connection at the back of the Box
Finally scan on the correct transponder.
