I've checked your eeprom and don't see any obvious problems:

MCUID = 418001810940854A
VIN = WV1ZZZ2KZEX112421
IMMOID = 00000000000000
CS = 02D8E6D916EA
MAC = 12DC4F8D
PC = 55
PIN = 49660
State = Unlocked

All 15 checksums (that I know of) are OK.
