star view 5 has frozen and lost all channels display reads 8882 help needed

have a search for 8882 fix on here, you need to reload software via rs232 cable, or if you have an older one you will need max cable to connect to rs232 cable and open box.

advice never insert or remove usb stick while power is on, this has caused your issue.

can any body help me very new to this got star view 5 yesterday scanned only got free to view channels how do i unlock premium channels any help would be useful.

thanks for the advise, were do i find a limk for the software, not very good a this kind of thing

8882 fix is in download section, press downloads at top of page, and its in starview section.
