hello, i have a mini cooper cas3+ 0l15y issue. the car has the randomly clicking relay on the relay box and not starting the car. i have read the cas, tried to see if the file is ok, it shows file has some issues. posting the dump maybe someone can repair it? thank you

Your cas dump contains no errors, and are you sure the cas itself is culprit ? Have you read out fault codes ? Better yet a full scan posted here if possible. P.S, is this cas from an R56 with the N16 ?

When I try to make a key with the vvdi commander, it shows dump has an issue, posting the picture of it here for you guys to see. Is this a normal prompt?

I don't know if that is normal but doesn't seem like it, nonetheless, this is an encrypted cas/istap, which generally requires ISN from ECU, or a valid key, you could even extract a valid ISN from the cas itself, in your case, EA DB 07 CE F0 CF 5F F4 19 1E 62 6B 2C E1 55 9D is a valid isn and tango accepts it, tango does not complain that there is any errors in the cas dump, it prompts for a valid isn, ecu dump, or valid key, which I used a isn extracted from the cas itself, and tango decrypts the dump properly . . .

Could be the flash itself or a bad CAS unit, or other electrical faults on the vehicle. If you are doubting the flash, get one similar to your CAS and test it out

I had this issue before many times and I get a new cas and be done with it but this one I would like to repair it, if possible. Thank you

i cloned the cas and now the remote functions but still wont open the dash. i think i need to swap the cas with a key, used.
