Opel Corsa D 1.3 problems

I have OPEL CORSA D 1.3 diesel 66kw. ecu MJD 603.S1 HW03A
I have misfire on idle. Response to the accelerator pedal is very slow.Misfire intensifies around 1200-1500RPM.The strange thing is that there are no DTC errors on ecu. I have U2201 EHU Entertainment HEAD UNIT,but the radio is not original and I have error U2101 IMMO /bcm can bus maximum configuration list nors programmed.
It is ECU failure or the problem somewhere else?

ECU water damaged open ecu and post photos of PCB
When opening ecu open top cover not bottom as pcb have two screws inside

Could it be that the fault is in the ecu and there are no dtc errors?

Check injectors, what are the cylinder compensations values at idle?
