Mileage adjustment Audi RS6 2014

Good afternoon, I have tried to change the mileage of Audi RS6, year 2014, cluster number 4G0920931B. I have not been able to by obd, I have tried with xtool, smok and obdstar. Does anyone know what tool works well with this?

Smok can do without problem.
X-tool from poland no problem
Both tool have 2 option for this dash.

Obdstar only obd2 and 50/50 .

Ok, the next week the RS6 come back and try with Smok. Yes Xtool is Poland tool. Thanks
