2019 Ford Ranger, KB3T-14B321-BD, TC222S 16f

Hi all,

I'm having issue to read the file from 2019 Ford Ranger, KB3T-14B321-BD, TC222S 16f
I'm using CarProTool and the picture with pinots is attached.
I'm getting error "Can't find target! [1]"
I checked the wiring a few times and it's all good.
If anyone had the same issue, what is the solution?
Is there mistake in the pinouts?

CarProTool will not do the job, it tested with two programmers with different serial numbers.
I sent email to the CarProTool team, but I didn't get any solution from them yet.

VVDI-prog reading it with no issues using the CPT pinpoints.
