Toyota IQ 89170-74040 Crash Erase

Hello mates,
I have airbag ecu of Toyota IQ year 2009 with deployed airbags.
Ecu is:

89170-74040
150300-2213
Denso TW

Chip is 93C66 (RA66).
Can someone help me with clear, please?
I need tested solution (if possible, of course) because car is very far from me :)
Attacched dump read as 8bit and 16bit.

Solution from fww1 works perfect.
RA66 (93C66) eeprom from this Ecu must be read and write as 16bit.
