2015 focus active alarm

2015 ford focus flip key active alarm all keys lost
I got a key cut but I can't get the active alarm off
Dose anyone have any ideas please.
I have tryed driver door open ignition on and wait
15 mins. Tryed every thing I could find on the
Internet but nothing works. As soon as I try
All keys lost it activates the alarm again
And kicks me out.
I have used xhorse max and mini tool and
Autel im508.
All help is appreciated

I did try that and will try again. I did go straight

It has wiped all keys. Do you
Know if that will cause me problems.?

Yes I have 2 keys I am getting a message saying learning keys failed do you want to learn again. And just keeps saying that.
I don't think the alarm is deactivating

I recently did a Freelander with a flip key also the alarm was active and asked for two keys but I only used one and the procedure went through. I didn't succeed right away because I didn't know exactly what to do. The main problem was that when the device tells you to give ignition on with key, key holder thrown out the key. All you have to do is keep it in the hole by force.

Yer sounds a bit like me I know it's something I'm doing wrong but it has me stumped I did a Q7 and it would not work. I took the battery out the remote and it took it straight away.

0k so update used forscan to turn alarm off

Thank you everyone all sorted used forscan 2 month free to switch off alarm then programmed 3 keys well 1 chip 2 keys cars starts every time .
