CLK W209 2.7 CDI ECU SWAP ISSUE DTC p1617 autosync possible?

Hi friends,

having some issues with an ECU swap (bosch EDC15C6) in a 2003 CLK with 2.7 CDI engine. After preparing an "autosync" eeprom after 1-2 ignition on/off cycles the ecu gets P1617 DTCs. Attached are the donor eeprom and flash files, as well as my attempt for an "autosync" file. What am I doing wrong :/ Many thanks in advance for any advise/help guys..

test this one..............use star for initial ecu

Yes, but I assume online access is required too or it could be done with "developer options" on SD4?

With this eeprom (default DAS) the car started a couple of times, but again no luck with initial startup and DAS personalisation etc. Then the same old p1617 came back ... What am I doing wrong? Is it even possible to swap this ecu without online access to Daimler :hmmmm::hmmmm: Any help is greatly appreciated, I've read the whole internet and can't find any details.

We don't know how you perform the transfer procedure for this ecu or virgin ecu , try to describe the steps one by one and maybe we will find how to help
