Seat Altea 1.9 TDI 5 Speed gearbox KBL swap Cruise Control not working

Hello,

I recently swapped my 2007 Seat Altea 1.9tdi BXE's 5 speed out with a KBL 5 speed longer ratio's gearbox from a seat leon 2 1.9tdi ecomotive (BLS). Everything is running great except cruise control. It works in on all gears except in 5 gear...

I've tried to code 6 speed in Vcds but it gave me "error 31". It's an EDC16U34 ecu.

Can anyone please help or give any suggestions?

Test this file and report. If have some problem look in 4,5,6 gears with 100km/h what rpm you have.

I have changed a short 5speed ratios gearbox for another 5speed one but with longer ratios.

you cant put 6 speed Not possible at the moment.

I have calculated rpm in 3rd, 4th and 5th gears at 100km/h with 02J KBL long ratio’s gearbox:

3rd: 3556rpm at 100km/h
4th: 2398rpm at 100km/h
5th: 1778rpm at 100km/h
