Any Idde if MPPS can read/write this Delco ECU...

Is there any other tool to read this ECU I try Kess to read but can´t write get error about Addressing file...
is this SW or HW issue?

Are you sure, you are the second one saying that will R/W
but in covering list of MPPS they say NO not R/W
So what is real?

Kess and mpps can do it. Also galletto and kwp2000. But your ecu is y17DIT from 2000y, the flash has 208kb, much little than y17DT(256kb)
And btw, the ecu in your first pic is not for corsa c, is for astra g. Corsa c needs pin 15 K socket to communicate with bcm and astra g ecu has a main relay activation on pin 15... if you reflash correctly the y17dt astra g with corsa c flash dump, on the car you will have 2 dtcs like coolant and fuel temp low voltage.
Meaning those both sensors might need a gnd(common wire) to make them act ok.

Post edit: find a y17dt ecu from scrap, write the corsa c ori flash with kess and with carprog you can write eeprom. Practically, you clone it, without needing reset immo, bcm, dash, ecu and reprogramm them all from start. It's the most complete ever explanation for your issue here. Cheers!
