Hi,

does somebody have experience with this ecu virtual read/modify/ and writing with kess slave ori tool?
Is it good option to do with OBDII? KSuite gives this option.

This ecu is on Skoda Octavia 2.0tdi 135kW.

This is Skoda Octavia Combi VRS 2,0L 135kw CUNA.
Kess allowed id of ecu and downloading VR software just with protocol 510(not 447) and this was EDC17C74 ecu.
After succsessful writing of modified file stage 1, I got fault code P2452 differential pressure sensor electrical malfunction. Tried erasing several times but always appears again when entering engine module with vcds.
Engine works good without any issue, engine mil is off all the time.
Also I noticed that EGR function is 0% duty cycle, not working and specified maf value is always 250 mg/stroke.
I don't know why? Maybe VR file not good!

yes I have.
why?

Well send the ID and the VR readed file so we can confirm your theory of the VR read file is incorrect/damaged.

maybe vr file is correct, but dpf filter switched off and removed in the past without knowing and now system recognizes this..... will check

Your PCode isn't a performance problem, it's an electrical problem, check if it's even connected, if it's not check if your DPF wasn't removed.

Yes, exactly, if they damaged sensors while removing parts of dpf and switched dtc off now I have issue because of that.

Add that all to your stage 1...
And all good...

I don't understand what you want to say?

I think he wanted to say to remove that DTC code from your stage 1, but first you should just check if the DPF is still here, because else you don't know where to start

Yes this is logical way to solve this issue.
I will check tomorrow if dpf is in the exhaust or not.
If dpf is in exhaust then don't know what to do next because I don't have old software from ecu, because it was erased when installing vr modified file. I haven't read ori file from engine ecu because can't do that with kess obdII method.

Yes, I can add switching off these faults, but if dpf is in the exhaust then I can make bigger issue and probably damage to engine components! First must check if dpf is removed and then switch off dpf and fault codes and all will be good.

Job done. DPF has been removed from exhaust in the past!
