The Service Assistance MD starts ok but in the settings window it only list the Ic4 connector :questionmark: no other choice .
I want to use the new Nexiq USB-Bluetooth connector but can't load it for this program .

I kind of thought that ic4 was only connector ? but would be nice to use my nexiq connector ? buddy got me a key for it .
as for md I have the 1111 code one & the cracked one but the injector kill test does not work proper in both programs .

Service Assistance MD, Navistar truck or ford truck, where you have the problem, because Navistar truck, neqiq usb if it works well for ford truck not only ic4

I have md32 with diamond logic 1 & 2 works no problem . It will give a long list of adapters . Same with tool box,allison etc . But in Service assistant it only list the IC4 connector.

I got the program Service Assistant off a buddy & he got me the keys to install it . as far as getting more keys I am not sure but I can try if you need them .

SA and Servicemaxx are not the same app. SA/ServiceAssistant was the first app to support maxxforce engines untill International and SUSE had a fallout. SUSE makes the IC4 interface and ServiceAssistant software. I have a version of SA that i cracked to install on any pc instead of just the EZtech laptops, but it still needs a reg code or needs to be cracked further. Ill post the links tonite.

Hey MELEJ1 I have tried to get another adapter to work with Service Assistant
but no luck .That is why I have Nexiq & IC4 adapters. ( It would be real nice) to get
Nexiq to work but they don't support Service Asistant.

SU Enterprise (makers of IC3 & IC4 ) support Service Asistant ,thats why
only IC4 is listed. Nexiq supports Service Maxx

Service Assistant (or SAINT as Intl called it) only came out for a short time betwen Master Diagnostics & ServiceMaxx. You are better off finding the ServiceMaxx software & using it instead.

Plus, ServiceMaxx works with EVERYTHING, pre & post MaxxForce engines. SAINT is VERY picky on what it works with, since it was in the field for only a short time. Also very buggy, in my opinion.

I think you mean ServiceMaxx ... But a good point. You should be able to use ServiceMaxx to write ECM values though?

My tool came con CD driver, and error is same, a msg say when connected: Cannot install this hardware......Click finish to close the wizard. But later, inside usb-ports from control panel>system, the tool is not here... so is not possible try to add or link the software.

the setting in the MD_ML program is set for IC3 , just go into your settings and change it to what device you are using IC4 ,nexiq etc.

After reaching this site first go to the IDS icon and download the latest version of IDS. After that go to the MD software icon and download the Medium Duty software following the download tree. You will get MD Truck Launchpad, ServiceMaxx, Gateway Service Tool, Ford Nets, and Wabco. Be mindful that this software only works on Ford Medium Duty Trucks with the 6.0 (VT365) engine and the LCF (Low Cab Forward) trucks with the (Vt4.5) engine. You can re-program modules like the FICM and PCM but you have to have a Ford Nets login to do so. But you can perform other diag functions. If you purchase a Ford VCM from the Rotunda Website you will have full dealer access for diag and re-flash on all Ford Vehicles from 96 to present. I have heard of clone VCM's but I have no information on them. I have seen the VCM's on E-bay. If you pay 2000.00 then you could have a new one from Rotunda. You are going to have to use the Ford VCM if you are going to diag or re-flash Ford F250-F550. All Fords require Ford VCM and IDS software to work correctly. There is a file version and some other code that is read by IDS from the vcm before it will communicate. Sorry for the bad news.

Sorry to tell you but the interface you can use for Service Asst. for International is the IC4. Made by SU Enterprises.

That soft shows the IC4 as an approved interface for the F650-750. It also has ServMaxx that does use the Nexiq. Give it a try when you can and please let us know.

This version of ServiceMaxx for Service Assistant is based for the Ford applications only. It will not read any of the Maxxforce engines. Back when it first came out I loaded it on one of my laptops here in the shop that I already had the old MD Fleet software on because that is what it first used. Boy what a screw up. The Service Assistant worked fine, but when you tried to use MD Fleet all of the former diagnostics and applications were gone. I had to un-install and then re-load MD Fleet to make it work again.
The version of ServiceMaxx on the Service Assistant software for Ford is geared toward the VT365 (V8) and the VT 275 (V6) engines. For some reason it dosen't like the Nexiq adapter. And now the Ford dealers are going to the Nav-Link adapter in place of the IC4. We have done work on the F650-F750 trucks with the VT365 and the software works great on them. Hope this helps.

ServMaxx and ServAsst are 2different programs. They can be installed on the same computer with out probloms. If you want to do f250/350 you need IDS with vcm interface. The MD in IDS and all the ford based ServMaxx and ServAsst is for the f650/750 only. You cannot install ServAsst for ford with ServAsst for Int on the same machine one will overwrite the other and it is a pain to get it streighted out. The MD you have is for Int trucks only.

If you go to hte motorcraft website you can download the latest version of Service Assistant and the Medium Duty software there. As for comm adapter, if you are using the Ford software, it only gives you options for IC4, or the new NavLink. Those are the only two supported comm adapters at this time. But since they now are using ServiceMaxx it may work with the Nexiq USB link. I have not tried it yet. I know that they just started using the real ServiceMaxx with their software. I get mine through our Ford dealership, so I don't have to pay, or register anything. If you are going to program ECM's or FICM's on F650-F750 or LCF's with VT265/VT365 engines you have to have a user id and password through Navistar to get into their database. Mine is registered through Ford. Let me know if any of this helps. I will be glad to answer any questions concerning the Medium Duty Software or IDS.

That is a Fleet version of the software, that is why the nexiq works with it. And I don't know if you can get it off the laptop, unless a copy of the soft is on it somewhere.

Service Asst will not work for what you are doing. It will only work for F650-750. For the F550 and below you need Ford IDS or some kind of after-market scanner, but it needs to include diesels. I use the Snap-on MODIS and it works great.

I unrar these files but they did not show as iso format, they are regular folders, what have I done wrong
