renualt duster ems3125 problem

hello
i have renualt duster patrol ems 3125
i have one working car & 5 car all with ecu lost
i buy 5 pis from market
now with flex working car i read password & via obd flash map & make immo off & check ecu perfect car start
but now i try with another car flex 17 not connected via obd may bcoz immo active
if nay one help me on that
in my mind if all set okk than uch may some oprate any other rely & more 12 v on ecu socket
