fiat ducato edc16c39 speed limit problem

hi i try to remove speed limit on edc16c39 fiat ducato.
i try first by obd with multiecuscan launch and other tool but not work.
i read full bdm by ktag and try to change manually valeue on eeprom from 100km/h to 300km/h.
but i've 2 errors on ecu after write it
p1303 speed limit
p0601 internal eeprom fault

i think thet i don't fix checksum on eprom.

can someone help me?
