What do you want to do with these tools? Because they are both aimed at different needs in the market place.
That being said they do overlap each other to some degree.

The TMPRO 2 is mainly designed for decoding eproms and programming a transponder to suit. It does have modules for cloning transponder keys but its primary design is eproms.

The Zedbull is really an advanced cloner. Its primary use is to ID transponder keys, clone transponders and convert blank transponders to minimise stock. It also has eprom applications like the TMpro but not as extensive.

As a locksmiths point of view in order of importance.
1st, Cloner (Zedbull etc)
2nd, MVP/AD100 PRO
3rd, Eprom/MCU reader
4th, TM PRO 2(if needed)
