my ktag official is died

anybody know how solve this problem with alientech ? it transfert subscription in another hardware ? or we must buy again all activation ?

Get never answer...

And on stupid technical support, always same stupid answer...

Now tell me please which programmer to buy to do all ecu"s with support that is not stupid company .
Me i still stuff around with clone tools and then sometimes buy i file from someone and then also gets burnt on that .
so if i want to legal with good support on most ecu's and with people that will try to solve my problem that i give to support ..
Who do i go to then ???

I wait for reply from alien ... but i agree with you and it is because i doubt ...

i am happy with support from flex but depend who reply from service

but is simple for me, or alien repair my tool or change hw and my full protocol is transfered or i will buy newtrasdata and ~~~~ alien

I wrote nothing about the fact if it's possible to read and write and or if Ktag cover all or not all...

Mate there are many other things...

You lost your tool or it get stolen...

If you get no answer from this idiots over months...

How to work again....?

If tool gets damaged/burned....
And you want order new HW...
To transfer SW...
And they don't answer for months...

What else than stupid and idiot?

Is it smart...?

I know what they want...
Forget all and buy new HW/SW...
3500+ Taxes...

If you write them in their own shop...
And ask what else...
Sales team answers in second...

You ask them direct question...

Same answer write to Massimo...

What do you mean with „ died“ ?
No communication on usb? No power up?
Maybe you can try and repair it .
Buy a cheap clone and transfer mcu and card to the new board and see what happens.

Just a thought

But also complicated...
And maybe much more complicated than others...

I'm using it for years...
But praying that the USB dongle will not get damaged/dead...

If yes, you'll see complications...

Send it back to reseller, if in EU...
He will send it further to Russia...
They will decide...
If they send new one back with old activated modules...

But all depends of them...
And maybe months later...
A lot of months later you can use it again...
But only maybe...

And normally only if package not get lost...
If it's get lost you'll get a big called nothing...

if you have active sub they change tool, but I think you can now pay to change yours k-tag to new kess 3 and no need send yours old k-tag to reapair. Have 2 friends which have problem wit k-tag and they change to next without any problems so I dont know where figani saw any problems.

Mate, my problems are easy...
Wrote to technical support related to exchange owner...
And yes, they answered please write to Massimo...
I was aware of this answer, I was more interested in getting the current email address...

So wrote long time ago to Massimo, and no answer...
Wrote to group owner (seller of my master tools)...
He also send me screenshots of his emails to Alientech, but no answer...

Than found other email address for example of Antonio Molara, and same situation...

No answer...
If they would answer, that would be great...

Yes, on technical support we get answer...
but I don't have a technical problem, the rest of my hardware/software works...

From what country are you? Maybe it is better to contact a authorised dealer or distributor.
