Renault Master stage1

I bought this stage1 file on a tuning site on the internet. It is a renault master 2.3 d. Now after 1500km the van has injector problems. Can a tuning professional look at the file to see if the injector problems are due to poor tuning. Attached ori file and the modified one.

You have the injectors that have problems because they lost the codes while writing.

Not at all. I have read the injector codes before reading the file and after writing the mod file I have rewritten the injector codes. The codes are ok. The problem is with injector number 3, which corrects 4.75 at idle and the van nods a little.
