Dash has zero as value and count for itself from zero, bsi keep 252xxx.

I have Bsi Johnson Controls Pbt-gf20 but i cant find the chip 95128 or anyone else with starting number 9. and only 4 digits on my chips and there are 4 chips with 4 pin on the backside but i didnt look on the frontside there the fuses are becaused it is glued togheter. my question is wich side are the chip on?
