2021 Subaru Outback SRS Fault B178C

I'm working on 2021 Subaru Outback. Replaced srs module with new module and now have b178c. Using new autel maxisys ultra I have option to rezero seat but it fails. In the live data their are 4 weight sensors and they all respond to weight.

Wondering if possibly this subaru is like the 10-14 outback with fault b1650 that needed the ODS cleared out? Or, do I need a dealer tool to rezero?
