Hi, on the dashboard of my piaggio x9 250 engine, the total km clock was reset due to high voltage. When I opened the dashboard, I saw that the micro chip was 24c16an. I cannot access this chip with the CH341A programmer. The old km was 40 thousand km, can you help me?

Get a good programmer who can do a correct reading and provide as much data as possible from the dash and the vehicle, which someone will most likely help you solve.
