XProg v1.4 need pc software

Hello DK.
Need software for custom made "XProg v1.4" (it is written on the plate), I think is "moto cracker" last time used long time ago, can't find software.
Anybody recognize ??
There is MAX232 and PIC16F628A on board.
I try with moto cracker on win XP, dosen't work.

May be im wrong, but it works only under Windows 98

It's work on win98 and xp (compatibility mode), but I get error "Device in Silent"

Any idea why ??

1. Have You Status OK in help - hardware info ?
2. Experiments with XP - not good idea, first need get full workable sw-hw on win98.
3. On Your photo connected 2 chips - eeprom in dip8 socket and MCU with adapter. If You try works with MCU - extract eeprom chip.

All done tnx, it working now, I wasn't sure about eeprom, is it part of programmer or is for reading, it's not my programmer, friend give to me, he also do not remmember about details.
I try on xp without eeprom, same error.
Now I try on win98 without eeprom and all good, it reading HC05B16.
