Opel Signum 2.2 dti dont start

Greetings to all members
I have a problem with Opel Signum 2.2 dti 2003 year
The vehicle will not start one day.
I read the errors from the ECU and from the immobilizer and get the codes as in the picture.
P1634 pump error
It also shows in the parameters that the transponder key is not present and turns on the key light when starting.
Disassembled CIM, read eprom 93LC76 and made a key with VVDI super chip and again the same problem, does not recognize that key either.
Would you ask someone to help me?
Do I just have a problem with the PSG16 pump electronics, or do I also have a problem with the key?

1634 is a non start error from the pump!
Read the pin with carprog and look for another pump or module!
Any psg16 module can work but if not from vectra/signum will have to program with mdi from opel!

For answer this question you must have right tool for this job ( like coil checker , dump dool + hw for check dump away actual keys in here and another tricks and tool's , key reader and + / - little % experience ) not only vvdi eeprom reader and stupid thinking .

Without you play with this forever and + damage .

Or repair by the method of traffic jams , change everything in a row ............. that's it !

Could there be a problem in the antenna of the CM module not recognizing the key?
And does the immobilizer allow the vehicle to start if the CIM does not recognize the key?

Are you checked coil work option ?

For this you need coil checker.............have you this ?

Car cranking? If yes then is no key related problem.

1630,1631,0340 these can be repaired so far as i know, any other errors until now i did not suceeded to repair!

I checked the key coil with IPROG and it is correct.
The car wants to start and now OP COM shows that everything is fine with the key.
it turned out that the only problem electronics PSG16

First extract your pin with carprog or abrites from your old pump!
Look for any another psg16, that does not have 1630,1631,1635,1634,0606..and reprogramm with mdi if it's not signum already, reset with carprog then pair again with the car!

I think with tech.2 it's easier to figure out than with MDI or OpCom
