COO Truck mileage change.

Hi, this is my third attempt to get this thing done. I am willing to pay for whoever have information or can calculate the mileage in this truck.
Truck is SCANIA with NO TACHO

Now, I have read both memory in speedometer(which everybody told me there's no mileage in that) and here is the new one: COO
Can anybody take a look in the file and see if they can get mileage out of it? Thanks

Written in the file name. P380 STONERIDGE 2011. I don't have the dash with me. But I already confirm its 555555 and not just some random number. I will try to reach out to get the number
