Suzuki 16 Denso 33920-70E10 eprom read

Hello, is there any other solution besides removin the eeprom from the board to read this ecu?
Eeprom is 27C256 !
Target is immo off!

inside should be 24c01

Hi, then i can read 27C256..wicth is another cmos eeprom!
Can it be read other way , i dont want to remove it from board..i have upa,xprog,carprog,minipro,kess,ktag,mpps!
