Good afternoon guys, I have a problem with a bcm, the fog lights do not work, I opened the bcm and a transistor melted. Now I need to know what transistor it is, can anyone help me?

Hi, i need good photo for this part or what letter in those component.
For me, this is two schottky diodo in one componet with common cathode.
