I have radio fiat 250 VP1 ROW problem enter code.

Car is 2015 ducato 3.0d 130kw manual, from factory without radio after install new radio model VP1 always turn off after 35min.

I have right code but radio not ask it.

Can I use this radio without can or other solution?
